I wouldn't know which though, and I may be off a little bit. It's something like that.

 
not lady beetle
The four spines at the rear end don't match any lady beetle larva in North America. Plus, it appears to have large round eyes; LB larvae have three tiny eyes per side, not one large one.

 
Ken's Treehopper nymph
idea is probably on the money. I'd had 2nd thoughts with those spines on the rear, but didn't know what else it might be.

 
Exuvium of some kind...
Lady Beetle larva or maybe Treehopper nymph. Hard to say for sure from these shots (for me at least).
