It's possible that this is another closely-related genus, but I have been seeing (and photographing) lots of similar looking hoppers around my place and they all look most similar to this guy that you shot at Nix around the same time last year:



I don't think it is Danepteryx (as J&J suggested on one of your other images). I see these around my place too and their wings always look fairly oblong and skinny (as can be seen in this photo).

If I find the time, I will try and post some of my images of both these hoppers for comparison...

 
I'm not sure it's either
This one seems to hold its wings more like Danepteryx, but color and pattern seem a bit off. Hopefully, Andy will comment.
