Your images are sharp enough, I tried running this through some keys and I believe this is indeed P. drakii. I will move there for now, and if follow-up material proves otherwise, I will move later.

Key characters when taking pics of Phyllophaga include details of the clypeus, antennae (need to see 9 or 10 segments) and tarsal claws (esp. middle and hind).
