Size: ~9 mm
Not sure what family of sawfly this is.

Pamphiliidae
Family will have to do. Can't see generic characters - probably either Pamphilius or Onycholyda.

Family Pamphilidae...
And most probably genus Pamphilus. A primitive group, only distantly related to the Tenthredinidae.
