Moved from Unidentified Larvae and Puparia.
We can safely move it to subfamily; aphid eaters belong to Syrphinae. It may even be Scaeva, but I don't know enough to be sure.

Looks more like
a syrphid fly larva

with a bunch of aphids as you can see by one photo
