probably Scymnus semiruber or S. rubricaudus
In most of their range the two spp. can be distinguished by the pronota, but unfortunately in Florida they both have entirely-pale pronota like this. I'm getting a bit more of a S. semiruber "gestalt" here, but I can't say for sure.
