Glassy-winged Toothpick Grasshopper.
I do believe this is Stenacris vitreipennis. The cattail toothpick grasshopper is rarely green, for starters. Only way to be sure is to check for a spine between the front legs, present in Stenacris, absent in Leptysma. I'm creating a guide page for this one. Great image, too!

Both have the spine
Having looked at literally hundreds of Leptysma recently, I can confirm that both have a spine between the front legs. The main difference between the two species is pronotal length. Stenacris has a pronotum longer than the head, whereas Leptysma has a longer head than pronotum. Hope this helps.
