Looks like some kind of Idia - maybe a very odd version of Idia aemula.
This specimen is shown here:

Found at UV light near pond in wooded area of a flood plain.

DNA results
This matches closely Idia aemula, BOLD LPOKD823-10
It has not yet been examined physically by the staff at the U. of Guelph.
When those results are in, I will update.
