Antennomeres 8-10 are subquadrate, which along with small body size clinches subterraneus.

Yes its Scarites. Unfortunately your antennal closeup doesn't show the width of the antennomeres. My 'best guess' would be S. subterraneus, but I could easily be wrong. Lets see what Peter thinks.

Anyway, aren't the cross-sections of the antennomeres circle? Are they somewhat flat? I never thought...
