Aphid eater - Syrphus

Aphid eater - Syrphus

Feeding on aphids on the same trumpet honey suckle where I collected
last year, identified as Syrphus. The larva is very similar in appearance but it has brighter coloration. I wonder whether it is a different species of fly or the same.
