Tenthredinidae, Nematinae
Hemichroa crocea (Geoffroy, 1785). Female of the striped alder sawfly. There seem to be plenty of pictures of larvae of this; its nice to see the adult.

maybe a Sawfly
this looks similar. Antennae are a little different. I can't see the details in the wings of your to compare that too well.
