Moved from Keyhole Wasp.

Moved from Yellowjackets, Paper Wasps, and Hornets; Potter, Mason and Pollen Wasps. Tentatively placing here because I have no idea what else this could be. These are valuable images if my ID is correct because it verifies that this species sometimes makes free-standing mud nests. Nice work, Nancy!

Thanks, Eric.
It's a little side hobby I now have -- taking photos of wasps (even thought they make me nervous) - only cuz I know how much vespula vulgaris appreciates them!
