Moved
Moved from Phyllophaga hirticula. ID confirmed by examination of genitalia of this male, now a photo-voucher in the B.D.Barnd collection. Thanks Tom.

The setae confused me on this one as well, but it seems to be common in the population near Tom.

Moved
Moved from May Beetles.
Thanks Blaine. It was in a vial in the fridge overnight, so maybe some of the setae were damaged.

P. hirticula
This looks like a P. hirticula with some of the setae broken off (they look shorter and fewer in number than others).
