Orchard Orbweaver..? - Leucauge venusta

Size: ~1/2 inches
I'm thinking this is an Orchard Orbweaver (Leucauge venusta)... It seems every garden I visit has to have at least one of these about! Here it is 'playing dead' something I'd never seen one of these do before..
