crab spider- female, male pair - Misumena vatia - male - female

crab spider- female, male pair - Misumena vatia - Male Female
Brossard, Quebec, Canada
June 13, 2010
A female/male pair of crab spiders in daisy flower- I think they are Misumena, but not completely sure.

I found what I strongly suspect is the same pair the day before (exactly the same bunch of daisies); of course I cannot prove they are identical but assuming they were their pairing seems to be surprisingly long lasting. I haven’t been able to find much information about this behavior.
