This very worn butterfly is a real challenge. On the underwing you can see spots and gold sections but it's all so vague. Some kind of Lycaeides, I'm guessing. Can anyone narrow it down.

Didn't Frass due to location represented, but doesn't really show much to help identify the species.

The closest I can find is the Rocky Mountain Dotted Blue (Euphilotes ancilla ancilla) but thats just on colouring. I don't know its range in the states.
