Thamnotettix?
I have never seen a leafhopper like this - slender, green, with long pronotal margins. My best guess is a freshly molted Thamnotettix that hasn't yet developed its brown adult color.

I hope that you kept the specimen, or at least its size!

I'll see if I can come up with a measurement using another photo I have where the hopper is on the edge of a container. Took this photo before I modified my container to allow for more areas of graph paper in the background. These hoppers don't always stay very long in the open container. It was probably around 7mm or so in length judging from the size of the original photo. I had to reduce the size of the photo to fit the 560mm requirement.
