Itsawhat? - Geocoris pallens

Itsawhat? - Geocoris pallens
Alameda County, California, USA
June 23, 2010
Size: ~3 mm bl
Perched on parsley inflorescence, noon. I didn't see it feeding. At a distance, it looked like a small fly. Close up, it looked as if a fly and a leafhopper had got drunk one day and made a mistake. The antennae suggest a true bug, but I'm not even sure about that. The lateral view shows something like a third antenna, recurved; is this a mouthpart?
