Polydesmus sp.
This millipede also is a species of the introduced European genus Polydesmus (Polydesmida: Polydesmidae). They are common in urban environments and are frequently found under rocks and debris in gardens.

Polydesmida
It's possible that it could be a Motyxia sp. according to the Golden Guide to Spiders.

There is a Motyxia species in the Santa Monica Mountains not that far from my house, but I hadn't noticed any bioluminescence. I haven't seen one lately, but when I do, I'll try to get a look at it at night.
