Lower density of smaller seta
Lower density of setulae on scutum, distinctive coppery body color, especially strong tomentose bands on the frons. See figures at https://flyobsession.net/more-on-greenbottle-flies/

I didn't notice the comment on the first inage when I made my move but this should be at the very least in "Lucilia sericata or cuprina", which I suspect is why the original det. was couched.
