Size: 1.4mm
Wish I could get better pics, but this is the best I can get out of my camera with such a small bug.
Found under a piece of bark.

Homoptera: Ortheziidae
Three genera in New Hampshire, Arctorthezia, Newsteadia and Orthezia. Can't remember how to separate them.
