Eastern Lubber
Eastern Lubber - Romalea microptera. Classically, the multicolored lubbers were differentiated as Southeastern Lubbers - Romalea guttata, as they were thought separate species from the black lubbers.

Lubber grasshopper (Romaleidae)
is my guess, although somebody else will have to ID the species.

That's a beautifully marked specimen, whatever it is.
