Maybe Ammophila sabulosa
It looks like the thread waisted wasp Ammophila sabulosa...
but I would wait for a full confirmation

why would you propose this species ID?
when A. sabulosa is an Old World species!

Please do not ever propose species identifications, even tentatively, without considering distribution
