Is this subgenus Causasiron?
No, Epeorus subgenus n. Caucasiron, as described by Dr. Nikita J. Kluge in his 1997 paper, New subgenera of Holarctic mayflies (Ephemeroptera: Heptageniidae, Leptophlebiidae, Ephemerellidae), has a distribution limited to Caucasus and Middle Asia.

Ferry County (WA) has records of Epeorus albertae, E. deceptivus, E. grandis, and E. longimanus. I believe your photos to be of either E. grandis, or E. longimanus, and am leaning toward the latter.

Thank you.
I saw that paper also, and wondered whether I had found a new record for North America! Thanks for this info.
