B&W Inchomen with black,orange,&white legs

B&W Inchomen with black,orange,&white legs
Chicago, Illinois, USA
Size: 10mm
I know this will get moved soon to the unid. inch. category. I wanted to post it here because I was so exited to see my first photographical bug of the year. Being in chicago, even with this very mild winter, I haven't had too many opertunities to see anything. So while watching TV I saw this crawling up the screen. I managed to grab it with a petri dish and photograph it with a white countertop. Also 1 picture of me holding the container included to show the size comparison with my finger.
This is a tiny inchomen, black body, 2 wings, orange thighs, black and white legs below the "knees". Short obvpositor, not the long one I usually associate with an inchomen. Abdomen has a mostly black top with light white rings towards the end. The last 2 rings are bright, noticable white.
Looks like it could very well be this species:

Anyone make anything by this being alive and moving around in the beginning of february? Is this just from the mild winter we are having or is this insect active year round?
