The pattern of spots and being on Asclepias syriaca make this Tetraopes tetrophthalmus? Seemed to match the guide page. Sorry it's not the crispest of pictures, I lost some quality blowing up the picture to zoom in on the beetle.

Yes, the subhumeral spots and all black (not ringed) antennae, I believe, are distinctive for that species--I was just going through the guide pages for this genus and trying to understand the members we have here. Compare this image, for instance:
