This one looks like a long legged fly belong to the family Dolichopodidae -Chen

Now I see I took a picture of one in the summer that looks like this one. I have a hard time with many of the flies.

is correct, this fly does not belong to long legged fly, I should have noticed the humeral break on it. Sorry, my mistake - Chen
