Not dangerous.
I'm not sure what it is, but the short legs remind me of a crab spider.

Lycosidae.
Pretty sure this is a wolf spider in the family Lycosidae. The large abdomen almost threw me off, but this might be a gravid female. I am taking the size given seriously, by the way:-)
