Brachinus cyanochroaticus
based on my microscopic examination of this female specimen which is now a photo-voucher in the P.W.Messer collection. Differs from the nearest species by the combination of antennomere 3 pale in proximal half, legs entirely pale, and with protibia finely strigose (parrallel lines). This eastern species is new to BugGuide. Thanks Tom.
