Ichneumon wasp.
This is a fabulous image of an ichneumon wasp (family Ichneumonidae). Few other wasps have so many segments in the antennae, as is clearly visible here. Ichneumons are essentially impossible to identify from photos alone, and even pinned specimens are problematic (even for experts).
