It is difficult to identify the species, but these would be nymphs of the genus Leptoypha.

We keep thinking someone is going to ID this as some thick antennaed Tingidae.

Guess we'll all just keep waiting.

 
A lace bug nymph seems good to me.
Looks a lot more like one of them than a mealy bug or true bug. Thanks for the help.

before I gave up. :)

This is really an odd one.
I wonder how many other folks subscribed to the post (as I did) just to find out where it eventually ends up?
