Webworm? - Depressaria radiella

Webworm? - Depressaria radiella
Fletcher Wildlife Garden, Ottawa-Carleton, Ontario, Canada
July 7, 2010
Size: approx 1 inch
On a wild parsley plant (Pastinaca sativa), there were about 7 individual web cases made in the flower heads. Each one contained a larva. I thought at first they were sawflies, but am not now convinced. I think they must be a webworm moth. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you very much for your help and for the link to the photo. I see that the webworms I saw are indeed the Parsnip Webworm.
