I am entering a new phase at BugGuide
in which I would much rather examine the specimens (photo-vouchers) under microscope than to guess the species for many of the posted carabid images, but this one I must say screams out

still working on that promised box - and an improved routine / system for imaging, mounting, posting, and labling with BG image number. Hopefully lots of carabids coming on line from July 3rd in the next few days :)
