Hi all,

Just found this one listed as E. lapponicus on the Ectobius genus page.

Please refer to the discussions here and here for more notes/explanation.

I'll add another note to the forum discussion shortly.

Cheers, Arp

Cockroach - Ectobius lapponicus
I am under the understanding that this individual typically lives on shrubs, and is not common in the US. I have found 2 in my kitchen within the last month. Any new info? Southern Maine, USA.

The pronotum on this specimen is lighter than most Ectobius lapponicus, and so I've included it on the Ectobius Guide Page to demonstrate the range in coloration for this species.

Moved from Ectobius.
