I believe that these are Pseudogaurax (Parasitic Chloropid Fly). There seem to be 3 species listed at Nomina...
Pseudogaurax anchora Loew 1866 (Gaurax)
Pseudogaurax floridensis Sabrosky 1950 (Pseudogaurax)
Pseudogaurax signata Loew 1876 (Gaurax)

Unfortunately at the time of this PDF Phalacrotophora epeirae was the only "recorded instance of egg predation or parasitism upon any member of the genus Mimetus", so we can't use known hosts for a species ID.

If anyone disagrees with this genus let me know.
