I agree Phillip, it could be P. vogti. Good spot. The pronotum looks bluish, P. nicolayi is not blue on the pronotum and P. schwarzi is not that far north. I can add a P. vogti photo of a specimen that I have for comparison.

Pachyschelus
Definitly a Pachyschelus but whether it is P. laevigatus I do not know. There are two black species, P. laevigatus and P. confusus, that look identical. The only way to tell is pulling the genetalia. This specimen looks to be a little blueish in this photo. If so, it could be P. nicolayi. I can't be really sure without seeing the specimen to compare it with the other species.
