Could this be Say's Grasshopper - Spharagemon equale?

Out of range?
Capinera, (1) shows the range in the Great Plains. That reference shows S. marmorata, collare, and bolli. Orange on the wing looks rather like S. marmorata in that reference, but it gives size of mal as 26-31 mm (to wingtip, I think).

Longhorn Band-Winged Grasshopper
Thanks for the help Patrick. Eric identified this as a male Psinidia fenestralis. I wish I could have gotten a nice shot of the wing fully open, but I don't know if that's possible with a live grasshopper.
