Metallic woodboring beetle
Looks like Chalcopora virginiensis, a widespread woodboring beetle.

 
Chalcophora for sure, but no virginiensis [which is eastern]
perhaps Ch. angulicollis
compare
however, this is not an easy group and i'm no bup expert, so pls wait for other opinions
