Gasteruptiidae
Gasteruption assectator (Linnaeus). Though I can't see the antennal segments and hind tarsus very well, the sculpture of the mesonotal lateral lobes is agrees with G. assectator and it seem safe to call this G. assectator. This species is also more common in the East than the species with which it is sometimes confused (G. kirbii).

Thank you
for the additional pictures. Being able to see the 4th antennal segment confirms the id as G. assectator. The other character, the 2nd hind tarsal segment wasn't visible but really don't need to see it now.
