Frontinella pryramitela (Bowl and Doily Spider)
seems accurate. In this image the spider is on what appears to be the underside of the "bowl" section of the web. The portion of the web in this image demonstrates the contour of the "bowl" as well.
These spiders can also be IDed by markings and coloration.
