Look at...
the margins of the forewings: younger individuals have smooth ones. Morevoer, the bee's fur is no longer complete.

You're GOOD!
Boy, I was all ready to say that this is a species of Andrena, but then I noticed the sinuous recurrent vein that distinguishes Colletes immediately. Sorry, but I can't easily explain the location of the recurrent vein! Nice call, Richard!
