Not sure of the sub-family - possibly Astatine?

Sphecid Wasp
Either Astatinae or Larrinae. Unfortunately, the picture is too small to see the shape of the lateral Ocelli. Astatinae have "normal" ones while most Larrinae have them more or less modified. Overall outline fits both with Astatinae and with genera like Tachytes or Tachysphex among Larrinae.

Not Astatinae.
Even before you posted the head shot, I could tell it was probably something in the Larrinae. Astatinae never have greenish eyes, at least not in my experience. That is more typical of Tachytes.
