Not likely..
That it is an Isopod! As you can see it has three pair of legs, so it is an insect for sure. I think this is some kind of beetle larva!

Silverfish?
I wonder if this might be in the Thysanura. I know there are tiny species that live in ant nests....

Donald Chandler identified this as a Scirtid larva. Thanks for all the input, larva of any type are usually difficult.
