Why not Canadian Swallowtail?
The Butterflies of Canada site says the Eastern Tiger "reaches into Canada only in southern Ontario..." (so its presence in Quebec would represent a new range extension) whereas the Canadian Swallowtail is common to abundant in all provinces.
