Dyschirius haemorrhoidalis
based on my microscopic examination of this specimen which is now a photo-voucher in the P.W.Messer collection. Posterior elytra do not show as much characteristic orange ("inflamed hemmorhoids") as other individuals in this eastern species. Note typical coarse punctures. Thanks Tim.
