Anthophorinae Bee? - Eucera - male

Anthophorinae Bee? - Eucera - Male
Mount Diablo State Park, California, USA
February 23, 2006
Maybe an Anthophorine [sp] bee. I'm not very sure what it is.

Moved
Moved from Long-horned bees.

Eucera (Synhalonia)
male

Yes
A male of the tribe Eucerini: the long antennae are diagnostic for this group of genera. Wing venation would be necessary for an ID to a finer level, unless somebody knows the color-pattern of local species.
