Huge pinchers in Virginia - Corydalus cornutus - Male
Virginia, USA
June 25, 2010
Size: about 5"
This thing was crawling on the side of McDonalds in Virginia. I would LOVE to know what it is! Thanks!

We trust, and value
your judgment. Whatever you decided was fine with us.

Moved from Frass.

You're right, J&J. This is as good as most of the images in the Guide, and better than many.

Any better?

Much better.
If you think we should keep it, feel free to move it into the Guide. It just seemed to me that the species is already well represented and this image (in its original form, at least) didn't add all that much. (I'm trying to be a bit more discriminating with regard to the pics that we keep; but I recognize that everyone has his/her own criteria for retention.)

Moved from ID Request.

This image isn't needed for the Guide, but it will be visible here for 30 days until removed by the system.
