13 flagellomeres
I count more than 11 segments in the flagellum so this is not in the Chironomus group.

Is there another angle on the front femur? The angle of some of the hairs is a diagnostic character of one genus.

Sadly,
all I have is two shots of virtualy the same angle with slightly different lighting, so I have no other angles than what you see.
Tell me if you want a closer crop of what's there.

Added crop of the femur & tibia. That's as big as it gets without losing information.
