Spreadwing damselfly next to small pond. I would guess this is a female and maybe freshly emerged, since the colors are so pale. Closest image I could find is this Lestes vidua:

Need a good view of the tail
Need a good view of the tail apendages to tell for sure. Both dorsaly and from the side would be good.
