Tiny Wasp - Brasema - female

Tiny Wasp - Brasema - Female
Hopkins Gap, Little North Mountain, Rockingham County, Virginia, USA
August 12, 2010
Size: ~3.5 mm
This very small wasp was on the cut surface of a recently cut wind-fallen oak tree. There was a ring of grey mold where the wasp was sitting. It seemed she may have been depositing eggs. There were a few other similar wasps on the same surface. I haven't had much luck figuring this one out.
